Terms and conditions of Participation in the draw for Globetrotter Tickets for "Was Afrika ausmacht"

 

By participating in the draw, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. The organizer of the draw is Dirk Steuerwald Fotografie, Geeringstrasse 40, 8049 Zürich.

2. Eligible persons are natural persons, who are at least 18 years old.

3. Participants must mark a friend and follow the Instagram profile "dirk.steuerwald .photography". Participation via participation- and registration-services, competition clubs or other commercial service providers as well as automated participation and multiple participation are excluded. The draw starts on 31.11.2018. The opportunity to participate ends on 22.11.2018 at 23:59.

4. Among all entries the following prize will be raffled: Two tickets for the multivision "Was Afrika ausmacht" in the Globetrotter branch Munich, on 18 January 2019. The ticket is not transferable. The prize can not be paid in cash. The legal process is excluded. The winners will be informed by personal message or by e-mail about the prize and have until 29.11.2018 time to confirm. The tickets will be ready for the winner at Globetrotter Munich and can be collected at the entrance on 18 January 2019. If a winner does not respond to the winning message by the above date, her / his claim for the prize will expire. In this case, a new lottery will take place.

5. Publications containing insults, provocations, spam, and third party advertisements, as well as unlawful and otherwise inappropriate content, may be deleted by the Administrators. Participants agree that their submissions in connection with the raffle may be used by of dirk.steuerwald.photography in online media, distributed and otherwise made publicly available to third parties. This granting of rights is free of charge and without any restriction in terms of space, content or time.

6. The raffle is unrelated to Instagram and is in no way supported, organized or sponsored by Instagram. The participant releases Instagram from all obligations arising from participation in this raffle. Each participant declares not to prosecute Instagram for any claims arising from the raffle, but to contact the organizer of the raffle, dirk.steuerwald.photograhy. The information provided is used solely for the above purposes.

 

Privacy Policy

 

The personal data that dirk.steuerwald.photography collects from the winner during the raffle will be used exclusively for this purpose and will remain on Instagram. We do not store your data outside of Instagram. In order to hand over the prize to the winner, we pass on the winner's address to Globetrotter. The winner is selected randomly but not through an automated decision within the meaning of Art. 22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You have the right to ask for information, correction, deletion and blocking of your personal data stored about you. Please keep in mind that this is only possible to the extent that Instagram provides for this. Therefore please contact Instagram directly. You can assert your aforementioned rights under the above mentioned address.
